Our goal is simple: to make celebrating life's big and little moments easier, more memorable, and a whole lot more fun.
Before joining the party, please take a moment to review the details below. These guidelines explain how your membership works, what's included, and what to expect throughout your subscription.
We believe the best celebrations start with clear expectations, so we've laid everything out to help you enjoy your membership with confidence!
Membership Overview
Meg's Party Club is a balloon subscription service designed to bring beautiful, thoughtfully curated balloon creations to your celebrations throughout the year.
Members can choose from three membership tiers—Mini Party, Signature Party, and Ultimate Party—with options for monthly or quarterly celebrations.
Each membership includes a qualifying balloon arrangement or installation based on the selected tier. Members may enjoy seasonal designs, personalized colors, and custom creations within their membership's included offerings.
Memberships are available for personal celebrations, homes, offices, businesses, holidays, milestones, and other special occasions.
Membership Plans
The Mini Party — $75/Month

Includes:
One curated luxury balloon bouquet or custom creation
A combination of latex and foil balloons
Seasonal themes and color palettes
A fresh design each month
Pickup of your balloon creation
Delivery upgrades may be available for an additional charge within our service area.
The Signature Party — $250/Month
For celebrations that need a little more!
Includes:
One curated luxury helium balloon bouquet or custom creation
One coordinating 4-foot balloon garland
Hanging kit for mounting the garland
Seasonal themes and color palettes
Premium personalization and custom color options
A fresh design each month
Delivery within our designated service area
Please note: Installation is not included with the Signature Party membership.
Members are responsible for installing their balloon garland using the provided hanging kit.
The Ultimate Party — $500/Month
For going all out, all year long!
Includes:
One curated luxury helium balloon bouquet or custom creation
One coordinating 9-foot balloon garland
Seasonal themes and color palettes
A fresh design each month
Premium personalization and custom color options
Delivery and professional installation within our designated service area
10% off additional balloon decor
Priority booking
Party planning consultation with Meg
All membership creations are subject to the included offerings of the selected tier.
Additional decor, specialty materials, or upgrades may incur additional charges.
Membership Frequency
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships provide one qualifying Party Club benefit per month, based on the selected membership tier.
Monthly members may choose to receive their included balloon creation each month or bank one unused monthly benefit toward a future celebration, subject to the benefit banking guidelines below.
Monthly memberships renew automatically until canceled in accordance with the Party Club cancellation policy.
Quarterly Memberships
Quarterly memberships are designed for members who prefer four celebrations throughout the year rather than receiving balloons every month.
Members select their preferred membership tier—Mini, Signature, or Ultimate—and book annually for four Party Club celebrations.
The membership year is divided into four quarters:
Quarter 1: January–March
Quarter 2: April–June
Quarter 3: July–September
Quarter 4: October–December
Quarterly members select one month within each quarter to receive their qualifying Party Club offering.
Each quarterly redemption includes the benefits associated with the member's selected membership tier.
Quarterly memberships are billed on the first day of the month at the beginning of each new quarter.

Members may request customized themes, colors, or celebrations within the offerings included in their selected membership.
Quarterly members select one month per quarter for their celebration.
All balloon creations, deliveries, and installations must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Scheduling requirements: Insert required advance notice, reservation process, and any rescheduling deadlines.
Banking Benefits
Monthly members are not required to receive balloons every month.
Members may bank one unused monthly Party Club benefit to use toward a future celebration.
The following guidelines apply:
A maximum of one unused monthly benefit may be banked at a time.
Banked benefits must be redeemed in accordance with Party Club membership guidelines.
Banked benefits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Banked benefits cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Banked benefits are nonrefundable.
All banked benefits must be redeemed before the membership ends.
Any unused benefits are forfeited upon cancellation or expiration of the membership.
Banked benefits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Fulfillment
Pickup, delivery, and installation services vary by membership tier.
Mini Party: Pickup is included. Delivery upgrades may be available for an additional charge.
Signature Party: Delivery is included within Meg's Party Co.'s designated service area. Installation is not included.
A hanging kit is provided for the included balloon garland.
Ultimate Party: Delivery and professional installation are included within the designated service area.
All delivery and installation services are subject to availability and service-area restrictions.
Service Area: Insert approved service area, mileage limitations, and any additional travel charges.
Customization
Meg's Party Club members may customize balloon colors and themes according to the offerings included in their selected membership tier.
We work with members to create designs that complement their celebrations while maintaining Meg's Party Co.'s signature design style.
Specialty balloons, custom props, premium materials, floral additions, specialty rentals, and other upgrades may require additional charges.
Upgrading a Celebration
Members may apply an eligible Party Club benefit toward qualifying larger balloon decor projects.
Any upgrades or additions beyond the included membership benefit will be charged separately.
Additional Member Discounts
Party Club members receive exclusive member pricing on eligible additional balloon decor.
Discount amounts vary by membership tier and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Ultimate Party members receive 10% off additional balloon decor.
Membership Tier Upgrades
Members interested in moving to a higher Party Club tier may contact Meg's Party Co. to discuss upgrading their membership.
Changes to membership pricing and benefits will be confirmed before the upgrade takes effect.
Billing
Monthly Membership Billing
Monthly memberships are automatically charged each month using the payment method on file.
Memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled in accordance with the Party Club cancellation policy.
Quarterly Membership Billing
Quarterly memberships are billed on the first day of the month at the beginning of each new quarter.
Quarterly memberships provide four qualifying celebrations per year, with one redemption available each quarter.
Payment Authorization
By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected membership's billing schedule until the subscription ends under its applicable terms.
Your recurring payment amount and billing frequency will be disclosed at checkout.
Additional payment policies: Insert applicable rules for failed payments, payment-method updates, and any billing changes.
Cancellation
Monthly Membership Cancellation
Monthly Party Club memberships are month-to-month commitments.
Members may cancel their membership before the next monthly billing date.

Your membership will continue until canceled in accordance with the Party Club cancellation policy.
Unused Membership Benefits
Any banked benefits must be redeemed before your membership ends.
Unused or banked benefits are forfeited upon cancellation or expiration of the membership.
Banked benefits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
Refund Policy
Party Club membership payments are nonrefundable, subject to applicable law.
Unused or banked benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Quarterly Membership Cancellation

Additional Policies
Membership offerings, balloon designs, customization options, and services are subject to the inclusions of the selected membership tier.
Additional fees may apply to specialty materials, premium upgrades, custom props, rentals, or services outside the included membership offerings.
Members are encouraged to communicate their celebration preferences and scheduling needs in advance to ensure the best possible experience.
