The sooner the better! At MPC, we have been blessed to be busy celebrating all kinds of events and are booking months in advance! The sooner you can inquire and get on our calendar the better. We do take last minute orders but events booked within 7 days of your event will incur a rush fee.

MPC requires a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the event total for all events. When you reserve a date or rental inventory, we immediately remove that equipment from our available inventory and block your event date for services, sometimes declining additional events.
If cancelled fourteen (14) days before the scheduled delivery date, the retainer can be used toward a future rental within twelve (12) months, based upon the availability of our team and rental equipment. A is responsible for payment of the total amount due unless the reservation is canceled seven (7) or more days before the scheduled delivery date. -

If stored indoors and air-filled, they can last weeks! We inflate our garlands with air so they are durable and can be repurposed for other events!
If helium, we treat all our latex balloons to ensure you get the longest float time possible! We recommend same day delivery/pickup for 11โ Helium Balloons, or getting larger balloons to last longer.

At MPC we only use high quality, biodegradable latex balloons and only inflate our own balloons be sure the quality is consistent and your job is completed to the highest quality.

$75.00 is our order minimum for pickups. Our full service delivery minimum is $475.

Our rentals are usually a full day rental, but sometimes can be picked up / returned next day as well. If in doubt, just send an email or a message on socials, our team is able to help answer any questions!

Delivery is determined on an order by order basis, depending on the distance traveled and size of the order.

Yes! If youโd like to rent items and do the setup yourself, we offer a โgrab & goโ option that is available for smaller orders! We offer pickup for orders on Thursdays and Fridays between 10AM-1PM.
